Pudina pacahdi/ Mint chutney

Mint leaves, 2 cups
Green chillies,  3-4
Dry chillies,  2
Garlic,  2 cloves
Cumin , 1/2 spoon
Tamarind,  as per taste
Oil, 2tsp
In a pan heat oil and fry chillies for 2minutes and remove.  In the same oil fry mint  and tamarind for 5minutes, covered. 
Blend all the ingredients.
