Mokkajonna vadalu/sweet corn vada

Frozen Sweet corn - 6 cups, thawed.
Chana dal - 1 cup, soaked in water for 3hrs.
Urad dal - 1/2 cup, soaked in water for 3hrs.
Green chillies - 10
Ginger - 2 spoons chopped
Green onions - 2 cups chopped.
Corn flour (optional)
Oil to deep fry.
Grind Corn, chana dal, urad dal, chillies and ginger into coarse paste, try not to add water. Add salt and chopped green onions. if the batter looks thin, add corn flour. Make vada and fry in oil.Serve with chutney.
