Chepala pulusu/ Fish curry.

Fish - 2lbs (I used Tilapia boneless skinless fillets)
onion - 1 chopped
green chillies - 2 chopped
tamarind juice - 1 cup
chilli powder - 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
turmeric - 1/2 tsp
oil - 2 tbsp
mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
methi seeds/fenugreak seeds - 1/4 tsp
curry leaves - few ( optional)
methi powder - 1/4 tsp  ( optional)
mustard powder - 1/4 tsp ( optional)

Heat oil in a shallow pan,fry curry leaves, methi seeds, cumin and mustard. Add onion and chillies. fry for 5mnts. Add ginger garlic paste fry another 5 mnts. Add tamarind juice, salt, chilli powder,turmeric and bring to rolling boil. add fish pieces, cover and cook for 10mnts. add coriander powder and optional methi and mustard powders. cover and cook for another 10mnt and low flame. Turn off heat. Let cool completely before serving with rice.
