Tomato eggplant chutney

Chutney Ingrediants:
Eggplant - 1 lb
Tomato- 1lb
Green chillies- 10
Tamarind-1tsp
Garlic-3 cloves
Cumin-1 tsp
Salt
Oil -2tbsp
Chopped onion 1tsp
Seasoning Ingrediants:
Oil -1tbsp
Mustard seeds
Cumin
Urad dal
Chana dal
Curry leaves
Directions:
In a wide pan, heat oil, fry chillies for 2mnts, remove.
In the same pan fry chopped eggplant with salt. Fry until soft and remove from pan.
Add chopped tomato,  fry until dry.
In the food processor, add all the fried vegetables, garlic,salt,tamarind,garlic and cumin, blend well. Mix raw onions to the chutney. Fry all the seasoning ingrediants and add to the chutney.

Strawberry Upside down Cake.

Ingredients:
Yellow cake mix - 1 pack
strawberry Jello mix - 1 pack
Fresh Strawberries - 2 cups chopped.

Directions:
Mix the cake batter as per directions on the box.
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease 9X13 cake pan,spread chopped strawberries evenly on the bottom.
Sprinkle jello mix over the strawberries. Pour cake batter on top.
Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
Let cool and invert the cake.
