Spinach and Chickpeas.

1 can chickpeas- washed and drained.
1 pack frozen chopped spinach
oil-2 spoons
mustard and cumin seeds 1/2 spoon each
3-4 green chillies
In a pan, heat oil, add mustard and cumin seeds, fry for 30seconds. add green chillies and frozen spinach. cook on high heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. add salt and cook for another 5 minutes in medium heat until the spinach is well cooked and all the liquid is evaporated. add chickpeas. cover and cook for 2 mnts. Turnoff heat.
