Potato and Turnip greens fry




Ingrediants:
Frozen Hashbrowns (cubed potatoes)
Frozen chopped turnip greens
salt
chilli powder
oil
mustard seeds
cumin seeds
dried chillies
turmeric powder
Directions:
Heat 3-4 spoons of oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, cumin and chillies, fry for 1 minute, add a pinch of turmeric powder. Add potato and turnip greens, directly from freezer bags. Fry for 5 minutes.
Add Salt, cover the pan and leave about 10mnts. remove cover, add chilli powder, fry for another 10mnts.
Variations:
Turnip greens can be skipped.
Chana dal and urad dal can also be added with mustard seeds.
coriander powder can be added with chilli powder.
Note:
Frozen section of any grocery store will carry these Hashbrowns and Turnip greens
